No exceptions to this will be permitted.All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.2 Timetable.Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.Brief Description of WorkThe work includes structural repair and existing concrete wall repair at the Tellier Tower East elevation and the application of elastomeric coating at the Oasis West elevation and as further set out at Appendices: Appendix F – Specifications and Drawings Appendix G – hazardous material reportBC Housing is looking for a contractor to perform the building envelope repair/ reinforcement work at two buildings. Tellier Tower and the Oasis. Tellier Tower is located on 16 East Hastings Street and the Oasis is located on 40 East Hastings Street in Vancouver. The two buildings are separated by the Downtown East Side Market which will be vacant by end of August 2023. Work is to be anticipated to start in September 2023 and be completed by December 2023.
