The subject of the contract is the comprehensive organization and service of information and promotional events for the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy, in the field of activities concerning the Polish Accessibility Act and responsible business conduct, along with the production of educational and promotional materials. The Description of the Subject of the Order (DSO/OPZ) is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (Terms of Reference). After the contract is concluded, it will constitute an annex to the contract (the draft provisions of the public procurement contract are Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). The Purchaser declares that the remuneration is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Technical Assistance Program for European Funds 2021-2027.
