Lot LOT-0000 — Delivery of floor-mounted underground battery locomotives along with auxiliary equipment (Stage 1 of the order) and maintenance service (Stage 2 of the order)

1. The subject of the order includes the delivery of underground battery locomotives for mine underground railways along with auxiliary equipment (Stage 1 of the order) and maintenance service (Stage 2 of the order). Stage 1 of the order (concerning delivery) consists of 3 sub-stages: 1/ delivery of 2 brand-new underground battery locomotives for mine underground railways, 2/ delivery of 1 complete station for the replacement, charging, and diagnostics of storage batteries installed on the locomotives, 3/ delivery of 1 additional brand-new storage battery. Stage 2 of the order (concerning service) includes: 4/ maintenance service during the post-warranty period and during the warranty period in an extent exceeding the scope of the quality warranty provided by the Contractor.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is contained in Part III of the SWZ (Terms of Reference).
3. The subject order is a sectoral order within the meaning of Art. 7 point 35) of the Pzp (Public Procurement Law) Act.

Award Criteria:

• Gross offer price (C) – weight 80%
• Hourly rate for maintenance service for performing services on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays (N) – weight 5%
• Hourly rate for maintenance service for performing services on other days of the week (S) – weight 5%
• Travel cost of the service team (D) – weight 10%
