Lot LOT-0001 — Task 1: Delivery of GPU servers for the Bioinformatics Laboratory.

Task 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of GPU servers for the Bioinformatics Laboratory (basic order: 2 units, order under the option right: 3 units. A total of maximum 5 units). A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 1A to the SWZ ("OPZ for Task 1"). The essential provisions of the agreement constitute Annex No. 2 to the SWZ ("IPU").

Award Criteria:

• C= CN/COB * 80.00 where: C – total points awarded to the offer, CN – lowest offered price, COB – price offered in the examined offer. The maximum number of points an offer can receive in the evaluation criterion which is the Gross offer price is – 80.00 points. detailed information in the SWZ (80)
• COMPLETION DEADLINE: The point value for criterion no. 2 – "Completion deadline" (T) is determined as indicated below: A. If the Contractor offers a completion deadline for the subject of the order within up to 50 days from the date of signing the agreement, they will receive 20.00 points. B. If the Contractor offers a completion deadline for the subject of the order within up to 65 days from the date of signing the agreement, they will receive 10.00 points. C. If the Contractor offers a completion deadline for the subject of the order within up to 80 days from the date of signing the agreement, they will receive 0.00 points. (20)

Task 2. The subject of the order is the delivery of CPU servers for the Bioinformatics Laboratory (basic order: 6 units, order under the option right: 10 units. A total of maximum 16 units). A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 1B to the SWZ ("OPZ for Task 2"). The essential provisions of the agreement constitute Annex No. 2 to the SWZ ("IPU").

Award Criteria:
