- All costs related to the performance of the subject of the contract, including delivery, insurance, risk, and commissioning.
- The delivered subject of the order must be brand new, complete, and technically efficient. The term "brand new" shall be understood as the subject of the order being unused prior to the date of delivery, excluding use necessary for carrying out a test of its correct operation after production. The subject of the order must be free from physical and legal defects and third-party claims.
- A detailed description of the subject of the order is contained in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ – OPZ.
- The detailed scope of execution of the subject of the order, which constitutes the planned provisions of the public procurement contract, is found in the contract template, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
- The Purchaser does not foresee an option right.
- The Purchaser declares that the subject of the order has been co-financed by the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan in the scope of: modernization and retrofitting of teaching facilities in connection with increasing enrollment limits for medical studies, within: Component D "Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health care system" Investment D2.1.1 "Investigations related to modernization and retrofitting of teaching facilities in connection with increasing enrollment limits for medical studies" Indicator D31G "Number of modernized teaching facilities for preclinical training (including medical simulation centers), adapted clinical base facilities used for training in central clinical hospitals, modernized infrastructure of libraries and dormitories at medical universities"
