Lot LOT-0001 — SZP/243-8/2026 Delivery of an OCT system for in vivo skin examination for the Faculty of Medicine of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology.

  1. The subject of the order is the delivery of an OCT system for in vivo skin examination for the Medical Faculty of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
  2. The subject of the order includes equipment delivery, assembly, installation, commissioning, and instruction at the Purchaser's premises. Delivery location: Wrocław University of Science and Technology, building C20 CSM ul. Hoene Wrońskiego 13c, 50-376 Wrocław.
  3. CPV Code: 33166000-1 Dermatological instruments
  4. All costs related to the performance of the subject of the contract, including delivery, insurance, risk, and commissioning.
  5. The delivered subject of the order must be brand new, complete, and technically efficient. The term "brand new" shall be understood as the subject of the order being unused prior to the date of delivery, excluding use necessary for carrying out a test of its correct operation after production. The subject of the order must be free from physical and legal defects and third-party claims.
  6. A detailed description of the subject of the order is contained in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ – OPZ.
  7. The detailed scope of execution of the subject of the order, which constitutes the planned provisions of the public procurement contract, is found in the contract template, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
  8. The Purchaser does not foresee an option right.
  9. The Purchaser declares that the subject of the order has been co-financed by the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan in the scope of: modernization and retrofitting of teaching facilities in connection with increasing enrollment limits for medical studies, within: Component D "Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health care system" Investment D2.1.1 "Investigations related to modernization and retrofitting of teaching facilities in connection with increasing enrollment limits for medical studies" Indicator D31G "Number of modernized teaching facilities for preclinical training (including medical simulation centers), adapted clinical base facilities used for training in central clinical hospitals, modernized infrastructure of libraries and dormitories at medical universities"

Award Criteria:

  • When selecting the most advantageous offer, the Purchaser will be guided by the following criteria and weights expressed in percentages: A) Total gross offered price for the entire subject of the order ["Price" - C] - 80% where 1% = 1 point For point A) Method of calculating the point value of the price criterion: The point value of the price will be calculated according to the formula: (Cmin : Cn) x 80, where: Cmin - the lowest total gross price among the non-rejected offers Cn - the total gross price of the evaluated offer B) Delivery time ["Time" – T] - 20% For point B) Method of calculating the point value for the "T" time criterion: No. Order completion time Number of points awarded
  1. Basic range: The completion time of the subject of the order is up to 8 weeks from the date of the contract - 0 points
  2. Pointed range: The completion time of the subject of the order is up to 7 weeks from the date of the contract - 10 points
  3. Pointed range: The completion time of the subject of the order is up to 6 weeks from the date of the contract - 20 points
  • The assessment will be made based on information submitted in the Offer;
  • The Contractor enters the offered deadline in the Offer Form (Annex No. 1 to the SWZ).
  • In the event that the Contractor does not specify/offer a deadline – the Purchaser will assume that the basic range has been offered.
